YOU THE CUSTOMER MUST BACK UP YOUR RECORDING FILE(s). IF YOUR MACHINE CRASHES OR HAS A VIRUS, the file(s) may be lost!!
However, if any damaged recording is our fault, we will investigate, and replace it with one of equal or superior value, at our discretion. Your help with recording or website errors is APPRECIATED, and we may reward [at our discretion] those who find such problems.
Audios & Videos are available 24 hrs a day. They are designed to be COPIED TO YOUR DISK, and later enjoyed at your leisure. They CAN BE STREAMED BUT the download link EXPIRES A FEW DAYS after your purchase. Thus, we strongly suggest saving these files FIRST.

All recordings use Windows Media format (.wma or .wmv) which WILL operate on Macintosh © Computers, just use Flip4Mac (it's FREE)

Our recordings (especially videos) are VERY LARGE [10 Meg to over 200 Meg] which are DIFFICULT or IMPOSSIBLE for successful Dialup Downloads. They take hours, and are ENTIRELY AT YOUR RISK. We are NOT responsible for ANY dialup download problems.
