Lost Recordings
If you lost a recording, and can give reasonable evidence you bought it, we will try to replace it for a small fee ($10 for one or two, more for many recordings). Do these two things:

2. You'll get a replacement price. THEN click

License Problems
If you have license errors you may have lost your licenses. This can happen during upgrades (getting a new PC, new versions Microsoft Windows, and perhaps WinMedia Player). It can also happen due to PC viruses, disk drives going bad, etc.
If you have backups of your licenses you can restore them with Windows Media Player (TOOLS/License Management)
If you have a NEW PC, you can still backup your licenses from your OLD PC. Then reload them onto the new PC.
