Twenty minutes on the phone, free of charge. We listen. You ask questions. Nobody books anything.
A 75-minute first visit. We map your history, your goals, and your medical context (with care).
Weekly or bi-weekly visits. Most clients see meaningful change within four to six sessions.
Bespoke recordings and gentle homework help the work continue between visits.
You arrive, take off your shoes if you like, and sit in the chaise or the armchair — whichever feels right. We talk for ten or fifteen minutes about the week. Then we work, usually for forty minutes, in a state of quiet focus. Then we talk again, briefly, and you leave.
You remain awake and aware throughout. You can stop the session at any moment. You cannot get "stuck." These are the most common questions we receive, and the answers, gently, are: yes, yes, and no.
Every program client receives recordings tailored to their goals — usually 12 to 25 minutes — to listen to in the evenings.
Three or four short reflective prompts a week, never more. We will not bury you in homework.
You may write at any time during a program. Replies arrive within one business day, in plain English.
